Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is a medical equipment supplier seeking a Customer Support Executive to manage maintenance contracts and field inquiries. You will handle scheduling, quotes, and invoicing, ensuring timely service delivery while supporting ad hoc projects.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in customer support, be proficient with MS Office, and ready to engage with customers via calls and email. position located at Aljunied, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Levels or Diploma.
• 1-2 years' experience in customer support roles; telemarketer experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Track and oversee existing maintenance contracts to ensure timely service delivery.
• Schedule maintenance appointments with customers when due.
• Coordinate with technicians to perform scheduled maintenance.
• Liaise with accounts to invoice maintenance jobs promptly after completion.
• Email customers to reorder consumables after expiry.
• Email to obtain new purchase orders or quotations for contract renewals before expiry.
• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to sales enquiries professionally.
• Prepare sales quotations and handle related enquiries.
• Support and complete any ad hoc projects assigned.
