Job summary

EXENTEC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on Maintenance Lead to drive uptime by troubleshooting equipment failures, planning predictive and corrective maintenance, and supervising shift technicians.

You will maintain accurate maintenance records, prepare reports for management, enforce safety standards, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across CDS gas cabinets, process systems, and related panels.

Degree in Engineering and 2–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• 2–3 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment failures to restore functionality.
• Plan, schedule and perform predictive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable operation.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records for compliance and analysis.
• Prepare maintenance reports and lead meetings to communicate status and issues.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures to improve efficiency.
• Track uptime/downtime metrics (MTBF, MTTR) for CDS equipment to optimize performance.
• Lead Shift Technicians to complete tasks on schedule.
• Train technicians and customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
