Job summary

ENCORA TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT production support professional in Singapore to monitor production systems, triage incidents, and drive RCA efforts. You will lead problem reviews, implement preventive measures, and ensure operational health with strong SLAs.

The role requires hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, SQL databases, middleware, and modern DevOps tools. ITIL knowledge and the ability to work in rotating shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience in production support/operations or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) within banking/financial domains.
• Strong Unix/Linux and shell scripting skills.
• Experience with SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, or MariaDB).
• Familiarity with middleware, enterprise messaging (MQ), and API integrations.
• Understanding ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Incident & Problem Management: monitor and triage L2/L3 incidents and coordinate resolution with strict SLAs.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA): lead post-event reviews and implement preventive measures.
• System Monitoring & Health Checks: track availability, latency, throughput, and health metrics.
• Automation & SRE Mindset: automate routine tasks and reduce toil; improve performance.
• Release & Deployment Support: assist deployments, configuration updates, and post-deployment validation.
• Compliance & Governance: align with banking security, audits, BCP, and DR requirements.
• Documentation: maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge-base articles.
