ENCORA TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Application Support professional to join our team in Singapore. You will work on core technical tasks including Linux, shell scripting, SQL, and Java, with a focus on 24x7 support environments.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in application support, hands-on experience with Linux/Unix, MariaDB, Java, and modern tooling like Kubernetes or VMware, and a good grasp of microservices concepts. Financial domain knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in an Application Support environment.
Core technical competencies: Linux; Unix shell scripting; SQL (MariaDB); Java programming.
Good-to-have: Hadoop, Kubernetes, VMware.
Knowledge of Microservices concepts.
Basic financial product knowledge would be helpful.
Experience with application implementation projects in financial institutions would be advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform impact analysis in a structured manner.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Keen interest in delivering high service quality and familiarity with the demands of a 24x7 support environment.
