Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an IT Operations Specialist to ensure reliability and availability of production and non-production environments. You will manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution within defined SLAs, coordinating with cross-functional teams to minimize service disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• ITIL certification or equivalent service management certification preferred.
• Cloud certification in AWS, Azure, GCC or equivalent is an advantage.
• Security, DevOps or automation-related certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident resolution and service request fulfilment per SLAs and priority classifications.
• Perform triage, impact assessment, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders throughout incident/service lifecycle.
• Recommend workarounds or corrective actions to minimize disruption.
• Escalate complex issues with clear findings to relevant teams or vendors.
• conduct routine system health checks and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain incident, service request, problem, and operational records in ticketing systems.
• Support root cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement actions.
• Assist in change implementation, release support, deployment validation, and operational readiness.
