Job summary

INNOVATIQ TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a second-level technical support specialist focused on laptop hardware and Windows software issues. The role is based in Jurong with hours from 8 AM to 6:30 PM.

You will diagnose, repair, and install software, troubleshoot LAN and wireless networks, collaborate with vendors, and mentor the L1 team to resolve complex problems.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of laptop hardware and Windows operating systems.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Good understanding of LAN, wireless, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level technical support for complex laptop hardware and Windows software issues.
