PEOPLE CONNECTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an L1 IT Support Engineer to provide frontline desktop support for business users.

This roaming role involves visiting customer sites across Singapore and delivering remote support where assigned. You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, support Windows and Microsoft 365 apps, assist with password resets, VPN issues, and keep tickets updated. Qualificações

• Higher Nitec or equivalent in IT or Computer Science, or relevant practical experience.
• Foundation in desktop support, Windows troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 and basic networking.
• CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals; install and configure standard software.
• Support Windows, basic macOS and Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams and OneDrive.
• Assist with password resets, account unlocks, MFA and user access requests following approved procedures.
• Resolve basic LAN, Wi-Fi and VPN connectivity issues at the user-device level.
• Carry out device setup, onboarding/offboarding checklists and IT asset record updates.
• Follow security procedures, document incidents clearly and elevate complex issues to L2 engineers or vendors.
• Keep users informed and manage support tickets against service priorities.
• Participate in after-hours support when scheduled on the roster.

Package: Basic salary plus incentive

Location: Roaming role

Working hours: 9am-6pm, five days a week

After-hours duties: As scheduled on the roster

About the role

Our client, an IT services provider, is looking for an L1 IT Support Engineer to provide frontline support to business users. This is a roaming role involving visits to different customer sites in Singapore, with remote support where assigned.

What we're looking for

• Clear customer communication, systematic troubleshooting and good documentation habits.
• Comfortable travelling between customer sites in Singapore.
• Relevant internship or part-time IT support experience is considered.
• CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification is an advantage.
