Qualifications

• 3–5 years of L2/production support experience.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and an SRE mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own designated applications and manage incidents and problems.
• Perform shift-based monitoring and on-call support.
• Contribute to resilience and recovery testing.
• Collaborate on change reviews and deployments.
• Improve monitoring and runbooks for reliability.
