Job summary

Hi5 Consult is hiring an L3 Application Support Engineer in Singapore to ensure 24/7 reliability, performance, and security of critical banking apps. You will own incident resolution, drive automation, and partner with Dev, Security, and Business teams to maintain high availability and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include L3 support with monitoring, incident triage, health checks, deployments, automation, and collaboration across teams to deliver long-term fixes and smooth change

Qualifications

• Experience in application support or DevOps environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and automation tooling.
• Strong problem-solving and incident management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 application support with continuous monitoring of critical production banking apps to ensure maximum uptime.
• Triage, diagnose, and resolve P1/P2 incidents while meeting corporate SLAs.
• Perform daily health checks, patches, and proactive monitoring to detect anomalies before business impact.
• Manage deployments, automated configurations, and batch jobs via CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, prioritize, and remediate system vulnerabilities per compliance standards.
• Plan technical upgrades to ensure regulatory compliance and system integrity.
• Design and implement automation scripts in PowerShell, Bash, Python to eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Work with developers, vendors, security/compliance teams, and business units to investigate issues and deliver long-term fixes.
• Coordinate change/release management across Dev, UAT, and Production to maintain environment uniformity.
