Job summary
Silverlink Technologies Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced L2 Application Support & Reliability Engineer to support Wealth Management applications across the region.
The role blends hands-on production support with reliability engineering, focusing on stability, reliability, and operational excellence through TOIL elimination and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include application ownership, incident and problem management, on-call support, change reviews, and resilience testing.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in L2/production support or application support.
- Strong understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL or equivalent).
- Practical SRE/continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive automation and resilience.
Responsibilities
- Act as Primary or Secondary L2 Support SME for designated applications, handling incidents and major incident management.
- Participate in on-call rotation and weekly duty roaster, providing production support outside standard hours.
- Apply SRE principles to improve availability, resilience, and operational reliability; manage run-the-bank backlog and implement permanent fixes.
- Contribute to monitoring and alert quality, and drive TOIL reduction through automation and tooling.
