Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or related discipline is required.
• 1 year or more IT industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support for production issues and resolve within SLA.
• Understand issues, investigate, and perform root cause analysis.
• Provide corrective and preventive solutions and escalate to L3 when needed.
• Ensure timely completion of batch jobs and monitor operations.
• Identify and implement improvements to address recurring issues.
