Job summary

INGRASYS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks an L1 IT support specialist to deliver first-line helpdesk support during shifts, follow SOPs, troubleshoot infrastructure and network issues, and assist users with IT equipment.

The role involves IT asset records, basic security tasks, IT audits, and collaborating with senior IT staff. Candidates with SQL skills, Windows/Linux basics, and familiarity with MES/WMS are preferred; shift work is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in IT/CS/Engineering.
• 1–3 years in application/helpdesk support.
• Familiar with network and security concepts; basic Windows/Linux.
• Experience with MES/WMS is highly preferred.
• SQL query writing is required.
• CCNA and MSCE certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proactive, positive attitude, team player, and able to follow instructions.
• Ability to work shift hours is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 IT internal system support by following SOPs during shifts and escalate unresolved issues to senior IT support or higher levels
• Troubleshoot first-level IT infrastructure and network issues and escalate urgent problems to IT infrastructure engineers or vendors
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal users to resolve computer, printer, and IT appliance issues
• Assist security engineers in performing routine security tasks during shifts
• Install, configure, support, and update IT systems and applications, ensuring IT asset and license information is accurate during shifts
• Conduct regular internal IT audits and reviews based on IT policies and procedures, logging any non-compliance found during shifts
• Follow guidance from IT support manager and senior IT support engineers to maintain knowledge base and improve troubleshooting skills
• Perform proper handover and provide feedback on recurring issues to facilitate permanent solutions
