Job summary

The role covers calendar planning, marketing of learning offerings, and project support within a 3–6 month term, based at Jalan Besar.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Learning and Development experience at AD-level or equivalent.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Experience in sourcing and curating training programmes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Learning programme sourcing and curation for communications staff.
• Coordinate and execute communications-focused webinars, including speaker management and logistics.
• Coordinate the annual learning calendar and publicise training offerings quarterly.
• Develop external training partnerships with new institutions and practitioners.
• Provide project management support for capability development initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support as required.
