Job summary

Responsibilities

Contribute to capabilities development for Public Sector finance and procurement communities.
Develop learning solutions based on competency frameworks and roadmaps.
Work with subject matter experts to shape content and outcomes.
Develop digital learning strategy and objects (infographics, videos, articles).
Assess and monitor impact of learning interventions at individual/organization level.
Research trends in Learning and Developments to keep programmes fresh and relevant.
Undertake consultancy projects to support public agencies using design thinking and process improvement.
Manage stakeholder relationships with budget and timelines in mind.
