Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations at Paragon, ensuring high service standards and strong team performance.

You will drive inventory control, visual merchandising and staff coaching while maintaining superb relationships with VIP customers. The role requires a 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays, with a salary base of SGD 4,500 plus team commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of apparel retail experience, including at least 3 years in store management.
• Experience in children’s apparel or maternity retail is preferred.
• Able to work a 6-day including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, staff performance, inventory control and visual merchandising.
• Train and coach the retail team and support recruitment when required.
• Build strong relationships with VIP customers and manage escalated complaints, exchanges and member events.
• Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance and report sales performance and customer feedback to Headquarters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
