Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Inventory Executive to maintain and update inventory records, reconcile discrepancies, and support export documentation.

The role requires strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with ERP/SAP and advanced MS Excel. You will work with purchasing and sales teams to optimize stock levels, analyze trends, and generate regular reports on turnover, value, and stockouts.

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret inventory data, identify trends, and flag discrepancies.
• Solid understanding of inventory metrics such as stock turnover, days on hand, and reorder points.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems, preferably ERP/SAP, with advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent data entry and data management capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
