Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking an Account Operations Manager to oversee operational delivery for strategic key accounts. You will coordinate Sales, Operations and clients to ensure service quality, adherence to SLAs, and compliance, while driving process improvements and account growth.

The role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach to resolve issues, and the ability to optimize workflows across multiple teams in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Ocean and Air freight forwarding operations.
• Strong operational management and organisational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client liaison.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities for assigned key accounts.
• Ensure service delivery meets KPIs, SLAs, and contractual requirements.
• Be the operational contact for key clients.
• Manage escalations from clients and internal teams.
• Address and resolve operational issues impacting client satisfaction.
• Ensure timely resolution of service disruptions.
• Participate in client meetings, reviews, and performance discussions.
• Align execution with client expectations and business objectives.
• Develop SOPs for key account processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports for internal stakeholders to facilitate decision making.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or expand within existing accounts.
• Support onboarding and implementation of new services for key clients.
