Job summary

A leading packaging solutions distributor in Singapore is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and grow key accounts. You'll be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams. The ideal candidate has a diploma, 2+ years in account management, and is fluent in Chinese and English. A valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence is preferred. This position offers a base salary of $3,500 to $3,800 plus bonuses and transport allowance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in key account management, sales, or customer service.
• Experience in food or industrial packaging is an advantage.
• Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (own vehicle preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned key accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
• Build long-term customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and project delivery
• Conduct regular account reviews, track customer satisfaction, and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare sales forecasts, account updates, and reports
• Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities

Requirements

• Min. Diploma or equivalent
• Min. 2 years of experience in key account management, sales, or customer service
• Experience in food or industrial packaging is an advantage
• Fluent in Chinese & English to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers
• Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (own vehicle preferred)
