Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Kaizen projects and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. You will design simulation models to optimise resources, execute capability-building strategies, and engage NHG stakeholders to enable system-wide transformation.

You will also coach junior facilitators and collaborate with the Kaizen Office on renewal initiatives to sustain a high-performance improvement culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kaizen projects/events to develop and implement solutions delivering better value to patients and staff.
• Design and develop discrete-event simulation models to analyse current-state processes and identify bottlenecks.
• Assist in executing strategies and workplans to strengthen improvement and innovation culture for system transformation.
• Support the execution of a comprehensive engagement strategy for NHG stakeholders to enable transformation.
• Coach junior facilitators on achieving goals and developing necessary skills.
• Support strategic Kaizen Office initiatives as part of department’s capability renewal.
