Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in service industry/health-care related areas preferred.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency desired.
• Strong written and analytical skills.
• Facilitation skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyse processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Project management: Co-lead improvement projects from conception to completion.
• Provide admin support to clinical trials and grants teams, coordinating meetings and reports.
• Establish KPIs with cross-functional teams to monitor improvement impact.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement with doctors, nurses, and operations staff.
