Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to drive inpatient operational excellence through care transformation, process redesign, digitalisation and workforce sustainability initiatives.

You will coordinate transformation projects, partner with Medical, Nursing and Allied Health leads, and manage initiatives across ICU, HDU and wards to implement care redesign and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management, healthcare operations, process improvement, or transformation initiatives; healthcare experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Candidates without prior experience but with strong learning agility and interest in healthcare transformation are welcome to apply.
• More experienced candidates may be considered for a senior role.

Responsibilities

• Drive inpatient operational excellence through care transformation and process redesign.
• Coordinate hospital transformation projects related to inpatient operations (infrastructure, IT, processes).
• Partner Medical, Nursing, and Allied Health to support Hospital without Walls care models.
• Lead care redesign, automation, digitalisation, and job redesign with ICU, HDU, and wards.
• Manage projects through planning, implementation, monitoring, funding, and procurement.
• Analyze workflows to identify improvements and implement sustainable solutions.
• Engage clinical, nursing, operations, and support services to drive change and meet objectives.
• Monitor project performance and prepare data-driven reports.
• Support departmental goals aligned with TTSH's strategic priorities.
• Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned.
