Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager for the CHI Academies Office to anchor capability-building programmes in healthcare transformation. You will manage end-to-end academy workstreams, collaborate with faculty, partners and senior leaders, and shape learning journeys across value-based care, population health and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 1–3 years for Assistant Manager or 3–5 years for Senior Assistant Manager in programme management or capability development.
• Experience in healthcare, learning and development, or transformation projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage selected Academy programmes and workstreams end-to-end from planning to delivery and follow-up.
• Develop and continuously improve capability-building programmes with faculty and partners.
• Coordinate learning journeys, intake, milestones, funding, documentation and follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with faculty, partners, stakeholders and participants to drive actions to completion.
• Monitor programme performance and budgets; turn data into management updates and insights.
