Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or part-time logistics experience is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Detail-oriented, organised, responsible and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily cross-border shipment coordination by following established procedures and instructions.
• Update shipment records and trackers, and follow up with relevant teams on pending information or actions.
• Monitor customs clearance progress and report delays or issues to the supervisor.
• Check that basic shipping, customs, duty, and tax documents are complete before submission.
• File trade documents accurately and follow up on missing or incorrect information.
• Assist in checking invoices and supporting documents for completeness.
• Update payment records and follow up on approvals under the guidance of senior team members.
• Communicate routine updates and follow up with internal teams, brokers, and service providers.
• Maintain operational trackers and highlight delays, missing information, or unusual issues to the supervisor.
• Prepare simple status updates and reports using the required templates.
