A.P. Moller - Maersk in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Trade Operations Support to assist daily cross-border shipment coordination under guidance from senior team members.

You will update shipment records, monitor customs clearance progress, check documents, assist with payments, and help prepare simple reports. Structured training will help you develop practical knowledge of APAC cross-border trade processes.

Formación

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or part-time logistics experience is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Detail-oriented, organised, responsible and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily cross-border shipment coordination by following established procedures and instructions.
• Update shipment records and trackers, and follow up with relevant teams on pending information or actions.
• Monitor customs clearance progress and report delays or issues to the supervisor.
• Check that basic shipping, customs, duty, and tax documents are complete before submission.
• File trade documents accurately and follow up on missing or incorrect information.
• Assist in checking invoices and supporting documents for completeness.
• Update payment records and follow up on approvals under the guidance of senior team members.
• Communicate routine updates and follow up with internal teams, brokers, and service providers.
• Maintain operational trackers and highlight delays, missing information, or unusual issues to the supervisor.
• Prepare simple status updates and reports using the required templates.
