LF LOGISTICS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented grad to support trade operations and cross-border shipment coordination in a fast-paced environment. You will help update shipment records, monitor customs status, and ensure documentation is complete with guidance from senior staff.

The role offers exposure to invoice checks, payment records, and routine reporting. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with training provided to build proficiency in logistics workflows.

Formación

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to follow instructions.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship or part-time logistics experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Trade Operations Support and cross-border shipment coordination.
• Update shipment records and trackers; follow up with relevant teams.
• Monitor customs clearance progress and report delays to supervisor.
• Check that shipping, customs, duty, and tax documents are complete before submission.
• Assist in invoice and payment support; update payment records.
• Prepare simple status updates and reports using templates.
