Job summary

Maersk in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Trade Operations Support to assist with daily cross-border shipment coordination under the guidance of senior team members. You will help track shipments, verify documents, and support customs follow-up and payment administration while learning the basics of APAC trade operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internship or part-time experience is an advantage but not required.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Trade Operations Support: assist with daily cross-border shipment coordination and tracking.
• Customs & Documentation Support: monitor clearance progress and ensure documents are complete.
• Invoice & Payment Support: check invoices and supporting documents under guidance.
• Coordination & Reporting: share routine updates and maintain trackers using templates.
