👨🍳🔪 Junior Sous Chef | $3,200 – $3,900

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee Chef de Partie to maintain high standards in food quality, cleanliness, stock management, and equipment upkeep.
  • Report to Head Chef/Sous Chef on staff and operational matters.
  • Be actively involved in all phases of kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  • Attend planning meetings with Corporate Executive Chef / Chef de Cuisine.
  • Introduce new cooking techniques and equipment to kitchen staff.
  • Update menu recipes, assist with menu planning and promotions.
  • Conduct briefings, training sessions, and performance appraisals.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels and ensure adherence to management rules and regulations.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in culinary or F&B management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Proficient in culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Friendly, professional, and committed to excellence in food preparation.
