Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Quantitative Researcher/Trader to join our team.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for building and improving the models that keep us competitive in the market. Working alongside traders, software developers, and engineering scientists, you will learn, research, improve, test, and build our trading algorithms to increase profitability. A typical day involves applying rigorous scientific methods and machine learning techniques to vast datasets to gain insights into how the market behaves.

Qualifications
  • You possess a bachelor's degree or PhD in mathematics, computer science, statistics, physics, or a related field.
  • 1‑2 years of experience in research or trading is a plus.
  • Ability to think independently and use a creative approach to problem solving.
  • Familiarity with Python, C++, and R programming languages.
