ITE/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
CompTIA A+, Network+ or similar certifications are a plus.
Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks.
Good time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
Deliver remote and on-site support to users and resolve issues efficiently.
Perform routine system maintenance: software updates, patches, and checks.
Document issues, resolutions and procedures for future reference.
Assist in deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
Provide user training and guidance on IT systems and applications.
