Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer to provide on-site and remote assistance in Ubi. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, deploy and configure new systems, and document procedures for future reference.

Ideal candidates hold an ITE/ Diploma in IT, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. The role requires a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment, with clear ticketing workflows and asset management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, networks and operating systems.
• Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide remote and on-site end-user support promptly.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, updates, and checks.
• Assist in deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
• Identify and diagnose technical problems and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex issues.
• Document issues, resolutions, and procedures for future reference.
• Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, and configurations.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems.
• Develop and maintain user documentation and guides.
