Qualifications

• 0–2 years of IT support or technical assistance experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Willingness to perform hands-on and on-site support work.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for CCTV cameras and related equipment.
• Assist with installation and basic configuration of CCTV systems.
• Perform routine system health checks and basic troubleshooting.
• Support scheduled maintenance activities and system upgrades.

Skills

Basic understanding of CCTV or security surveillance concepts

Fundamental knowledge of networking (LAN, IP addressing)

Familiarity with Windows OS and basic IT troubleshooting

Education

Diploma or Higher Nitec Certification in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering
