Job summary

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot circuits, systems and IT hardware to identify faults.
• Maintain equipment records and assist with system configuration and cabling.
• Provide user IT support and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and collaborate with team to improve performance.
