Job summary

CERTIS GROUP - GHR is seeking a field- or project-based engineer to support security systems, CCTV, access control, and the underlying server/network infrastructure in Singapore. The role involves installation, configuration, testing, and on-site troubleshooting across OT/IT environments.

The candidate should have 2+ years in OT/IT, with networking knowledge, CCTV and access control expertise, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

Professional certificate or diploma in engineering or IT as stated.
At least 2 years’ experience in Operational Technology/Information Technology industry.
Knowledge of networking and IP/TCP protocols.
In-depth knowledge of CCTV, Access Control and System Server.
IT Certification in Windows systems, storage, networking, virtualization or cloud technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Involve in projects or maintenance services for General Security Systems, Alarms, CCTV, Access control and related server/network infrastructure.
Install, implement, configure and test system/storage equipment and setups.
Troubleshoot problems on site.
Perform OS hardening, patching and updating on servers/VMs.
Develop implementation, migration and acceptance test plans.
Conduct acceptance tests with users and address findings.
Coordinate with Project/Maintenance Managers for task planning.
Maintain accurate work instructions and service delivery processes.
Develop as-built documentation for handover.
