Job summary

CERTIS TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT support engineer to provide Level 2 technical support for IMACS systems, including CCTV, Access Control, and alarm systems, plus backend IT infrastructure.

The role covers installation, testing, commissioning, and configuration of network devices, incident troubleshooting, ITSM adherence, and coordination with project and maintenance teams. CCNA preferred; 3–5 years' IT systems experience; 12-hour rotating shifts in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer/Network Engineering.
• 3–5 years of IT systems support, maintenance and operations in mission-critical or security environments.
• Hands-on experience with networking, servers, workstations, virtualization, CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Monitoring and Physical Security.
• CCNA preferred; ITIL, VMware, Microsoft Server, Fortinet, Cybersecurity certifications advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management and customer service skills.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, night shifts and standby duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for IMACS systems (CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Systems, backend IT infra).
• Support installation, testing, commissioning and configure network devices (workstations, routers, switches).
• Troubleshoot basic hardware/software/LAN incidents and escalate to Level 3 or vendors as needed.
• Respond to alerts and fault calls with initial troubleshooting and defined SLAs.
• Support ITSM processes and SLA commitments for corrective, preventive and requests maintenance.
• Perform server/VM health monitoring in production and DR environments; manage storage/disk space.
• Assist in implementation, migration, upgrades, and prepare migration/rollback plans.
• Support testing/commissioning (FAT/SAT) and ensure defects are resolved before acceptance.
• Coordinate site activities with Project Managers and Maintenance Managers; issue resolution.
• Participate in incident, problem, change management and change requests.
• Maintain accurate documentation: SOPs, As-built docs, service reports and incident logs.
• Support high availability by meeting uptime, resilience and DR requirements.
