Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a capable technical professional to support and maintain security systems across client sites. You will collaborate with customer service to resolve issues, perform preventive maintenance, implement system upgrades, and train clients on new features.

The role requires a Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline, experience with access control or CCTV, and basic IT knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma required in an engineering-related field (electronic, computer, automatization or mechanical).
• Experience in security systems with knowledge of Access Control or CCTV is essential.
• Basic IT knowledge covering hardware, networks, and databases.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle rotational night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Customer Service Representative to resolve client security system issues promptly.
• Provide comprehensive support and maintenance including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, expansions, alterations, and trainings.
• Create detailed system diagrams using AutoCAD software.
• Build strong client relationships and strive to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and renew support & maintenance contracts within the region.

Job description

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Customer Service Representative to timely resolve client's security system issues.
• Deliver comprehensive support and maintenance services, encompassing routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades, expansions, alterations, and systems training.
• Create detailed system diagrams using AutoCAD software.
• Build strong partnerships with clients while continuously striving to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the support & maintenance contract renewal.
• Ensure the excellence of services by strictly adhering to company standards and policies, service requests within the designated region.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks and effectively address daily troubleshooting requirements.
• Thoroughly follow up on all open technical issues until the problems are fully resolved.
• Assume ownership of all service-related issues once the External Hand Over is completed by the Project team
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electronic, Computer, Automatization or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in security system field with knowledge of Access Control or CCTV is a must.
• Basic IT knowledge in hardware, network and database
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Required to stand-by for night jobs (Rotational basis)
