Job summary

RECRUIT INC PRIVATE LIMITED is assisting a client to hire a Junior HR Officer – Payroll to support monthly payroll processing for about 100 employees and day-to-day HR admin. This role offers hands-on exposure to payroll operations and statutory matters within a supportive HR environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of payroll or HR ops experience, strong numerical accuracy, good organisational skills, and the ability to handle confidential records in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in payroll or HR operations.
• Hands-on payroll experience for ~100 employees or more.
• Confidential employee records handling and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.
• Experience with work pass applications and MOM processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and timely for 100+ employees.
• Maintain accurate employee and payroll records.
• Handle payroll-related enquiries and provide HR administrative support.
• Assist with statutory submissions and payroll-related documentation.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with work pass applications and renewals, where required.
• Support other HR administrative duties and projects as assigned.
