Job summary

RECRUIT INC PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Junior HR Officer – Payroll on behalf of our client to support monthly payroll processing and day-to-day HR administration. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on payroll experience who wants to grow their HR expertise.

You will handle payroll for 100+ employees, maintain records, resolve payroll inquiries, assist with onboarding/offboarding, work pass applications, and contribute to statutory submissions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of payroll or HR operations experience.
• Hands-on payroll experience for 100+ employees.
• Detail-oriented with methodical work approach.
• Able to handle confidential employee records.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Experience with work pass applications and MOM processes is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately for 100+ employees.
• Maintain accurate employee and payroll records.
• Handle payroll-related enquiries and provide HR admin support.
• Assist with statutory submissions and payroll documentation.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with work pass applications and renewals.
