Job summary

Recruit Express, part of HRnetGroup, is seeking a detail-oriented payroll specialist in Singapore to join our finance team. You will own monthly payroll operations and generate insightful reports to support decision-making.

You will collaborate with external auditors and cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate invoicing and efficient processes in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline is required, and meticulous organisation is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business/Humanities or Social Sciences.
• Meticulous and organised with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with payroll processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of monthly payroll operations, ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time.
• Turn payroll data into meaningful reports and insights that support better decision-making.
• Manage the preparation and issuance of client invoices, helping to keep partnerships running smoothly.
• Partner with external auditors during audit reviews and year-end financial exercises.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives that improve systems, processes and productivity.
• Support the team with operational and administrative responsibilities in a fast-moving environment.
• Work closely with colleagues across Recruit Express and HRnet One to achieve our collective goals.
