The Lo & Behold Group in Singapore is seeking a Kitchen/Gelato Assistant to support daily gelato production and maintain high quality. You will work closely with the Gelato Chef to follow recipes, mix, churn, and assemble flavours with precision.

Open to candidates with or without gelato experience, the role emphasizes learning, teamwork, effective communication, and strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards in a busy kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Food Safety Certificate (Level 1).
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to recipes and procedures.
• Willingness to learn and follow kitchen routines and standards.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Gelato Chef in the daily production of gelato.
• Ensure the consistent production of gelato and related ingredients.
• Support inventory management with the Gelato Chef.
• Collaborate with the Gelato Chef to develop gelato flavours and recipes.
• Maintain high standards of taste, texture, and presentation.
• Follow recipes and procedures to ensure quality control.
• Ensure hygiene and regulatory compliance during production.
• Keep kitchen clean and hygienic according to food safety standards.
