Lobehold in Singapore is seeking a kitchen assistant to support the gelato production team. You will assist the Gelato Chef in daily gelato production, help manage ingredients, and ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.

Open to candidates with or without gelato-making experience, the role requires clear communication with teammates and meticulous adherence to recipes and procedures to guarantee quality and repeatability.

Formación

• Must have a Food Safety Certificate (Level 1) or be eligible for one.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Able to work efficiently with a team and communicate clearly to support smooth kitchen operations.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented to uphold kitchen routines and standards.

Responsabilidades
