Job summary

BENCOOLEN ENTERPRISES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a responsible, hands-on Full-Time Gelato Shop Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations, lead the service team, drive sales, and ensure SOP compliance. The role reports to the Area Manager and requires strong customer service, staff coaching and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

Experience in F&B, café or gelato environments.
Ability to lead a service team and manage staff performance.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Sales-driven with upselling and promo execution.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily opening, operations and closing procedures.
Supervise service crew and coach staff on service and sales.
Drive daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and upsell.
Provide friendly, professional customer service and resolve feedback.
Ensure gelato quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
Manage POS transactions, promotions and cashiering.
Conduct weekly/monthly stock checks and inventory.
Maintain cleanliness and proper food handling.
Report performance and issues to Area Manager.
