Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day cafe operations and ensure smooth service during shifts.

• Review POS reports and sales trends to support cost control.
• Assist in onboarding and training new staff to ensure operational readiness.
• Support marketing with in-store promotions and campaigns.
