Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking a service-focused team member to welcome guests, guide seating, and ensure smooth operation of a designated dining area. You will collaborate with colleagues to maintain presentation standards, uphold hygiene, and deliver attentive food and beverage service.

You will set tables, assist with POS ordering, upsell items, and participate in pre-service meetings.

Responsibilities

Meet, greet and lead customers to their seats.
Ensure smooth running of designated area in terms of manpower allocation, cleanliness and sales.
Manage the team to ensure quality of presentation, supervision and service.
Set up seating with food and non-food items.
Replenish items as necessary.
Ensure correct cutlery and table settings.
Serve food and beverage orders.
Clear and remove soiled dishes.
Reset tables after use.
Upsell food and beverage items.
Maintain best-in-class service and hygiene.
Maintain professional grooming standards.
Attend pre-service meetings/roll-call.
Understand and use POS system for ordering and cashiering.
Undertake other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Job Responsibilities

Meet, greet and lead customers to their seats
To ensure smooth running of designated area in terms of manpower allocation, cleanliness and sales
To manage the team with the purpose of ensuring quality relating to presentation, supervision and control of food and beverage service so as to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
To ensure that seating arrangements are all set up with food and non-food items such as crockery and chinaware.
To replenish items as and when necessary.
To ensure that tables under his charge have the correct cutleries and table settings.
To serve food and beverage orders
To clear and remove soiled dishes.
To reset tables after use.
To upsell food and beverage items.
Maintain consistent best-in-class service and good hygiene standards
Maintain good work performance and professional grooming standards.
Attend all pre-service meetings/roll-call.
To understand and practice POS system for ordering and cashiering purpose.
To undertake any other related task/duty/assignment that may be given by the supervisor/ manager.
