A leading consulting firm in Singapore is looking for a Calibration Engineer to support site-wide calibration activities in a MNC manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 1-3 years of relevant experience. The contract is for 12 months with conversion potential, offering regular office hours with shuttle services provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in calibration management within manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Capability to monitor contractor performance and manage annual calibration schedules.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and maintaining accurate calibration records.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the annual calibration schedule, ensuring no overdue activities.
• Prepare yearly calibration budget and track monthly spending against forecast.
• Coordinate calibration activities with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Review post-calibration reports to ensure compliance with standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise calibration processes.
