Job summary

A leading staffing agency in Singapore is looking for a (Japanese speaking) Regional Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager. You will be responsible for managing relationships with both Japanese and local customers, overseeing sales activities, and preparing reports. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience and be fluent in Japanese. This position offers a salary up to $10,000 based on experience, along with bonuses and allowances.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of B2B Sales working experience.
• Fluent in Japanese language for communication with Japanese clients.
• Candidates from Manufacturing/Chemical/Industrial materials/Trading/Electronics/Engineering industries welcome.
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office - Excel, Power Point.
• Responsible, able to work in a team, humble, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for selling to existing and new customers.
• Manage output and budget of accounts.
• Liaise with other sections on delivery and payment issues.
• Willing to go for Business trip to SEA regions (at least twice per month).
• Preparation of sales planning, forecast and sales reports.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for selling to existing customers and new customers and supporting both Japanese and local customers.
• Engineering Plastics: For car parts or LED lighting.
• Manage output and budget of accounts regularly.
• Secure supply for customers, with good communication with our supplier.
• New Sales development activities regularly.
• Preparation of sales planning, forecast and other sales related reports.
• Manage and support our sales agent.
• Liaise with other sections on the delivery to customers and payment issues.
• Manage and support their sales agent.
• Willing to go for Business trip to SEA regions (at least twice per month).

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of B2B Sales working experience.
• Fluent in Japanese language to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking clients, distributors, and the factory in Japan.
• Candidates from Manufacturing industry /Chemical/Industrial materials / Trading/ Electronics/Engineering industries are welcome.
• Able to handle not only sales duties but also sales admin work.
• Able to handle both sales activities and sales documentation.
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office - Excel, Power Point.
• Ability to manage overseas distributors.
• Responsible, able to work in a team and have a humble and willing to learn attitude.
