Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a customer-focused professional to support Japanese-speaking clients with property leasing, relocation and post-tenancy services, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, coordinate property viewings, assist during move-in and move-out, liaise with landlords and vendors, and prepare contracts and documents while supporting marketing content updates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Japanese (N1 or above) for client communication on leasing, relocation and tenancy matters.
• Business-level English for liaising with clients, vendors and stakeholders.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, hospitality, leasing, or related support roles.

Job Summary

Seeking a customer-focused professional to support Japanese-speaking clients with property leasing, relocation, and post-tenancy services while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via phone and email and provide timely support.
• Coordinate property viewings, including property selection and appointment scheduling.
• Support clients during property viewings, move-in, and move-out processes.
• Handle customer feedback and tenancy-related issues, including arranging repairs and maintenance services.
• Liaise with landlords, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain contracts, quotations, customer documents, and database records.
• Support marketing initiatives through website and social media content updates.
• Coordinate administrative matters with business partners and provide operational support for secondees and local employees.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Japanese language (N1 or above) to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking clients regarding property leasing, relocation support, and tenancy-related matters.
• Business-level proficiency in English language for liaising with English-speaking clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, hospitality, leasing, or customer support functions .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language is an added advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Singapore's living environment, education system, or relocation support services is an added advantage.
• Own personal vehicle required to attend site meetings is an added advantage.
• Ability to support customer-facing operations, tenancy administration, and coordination activities.
