Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a client-facing professional to manage Japanese accounts across Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia. You will understand client challenges, identify opportunities, and collaborate with sales and technical teams to craft value-driven solutions.

Travel overseas frequently for business and relationship-building activities such as meetings, meals, and golf will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Japanese with strong understanding of Japanese business culture and client engagement.
• Minimum 3 years in a client-facing role.
• Warm, personable and capable of building rapport with clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Japanese, with the ability to navigate Japanese business culture, including communication norms, relationship management practices, and decision-making processes, to effectively engage Japanese-speaking clients and deliver a high standard of client service
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a client or customer-facing role.
• Warm and personable, with the ability to naturally build rapport and earn trust and goodwill from clients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients
• Ability to identify customer challenges and needs and translate them into potential business opportunities
• Willing and able to travel overseas frequently for business purposes
• Comfortable participating in relationship-building activities, including business meals and golf when required
