Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a customer-focused professional to support Japanese-speaking clients with property leasing, relocation and post-tenancy services, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, coordinate property viewings, assist during move-in and move-out, liaise with landlords and vendors, and prepare contracts and documents while supporting marketing content updates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Japanese (N1 or above) for client communication on leasing, relocation and tenancy matters.
• Business-level English for liaising with clients, vendors and stakeholders.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, hospitality, leasing, or related support roles.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email with timely support.
• Coordinate property viewings, including selection and appointment scheduling.
• Support clients during viewings, move-in and move-out processes.
