Job summary

PASONA Singapore PTE. LTD. seeks a Business Development Coordinator/Executive (Japanese-speaking) to coordinate Singapore client visits to our Japan HQ, prep materials, and manage schedules across departments.

You will handle reports, presentations, minutes, and communications, ensuring accuracy before submission. The role requires Japanese language ability, strong organization across multiple stakeholders, and participation in client events.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to produce error-free documents and perform self-checks before submission.
• Ability to organize schedules and requests across multiple departments, clients and HQ stakeholders with deadlines.
• Ability to structure and search information using Excel, PowerPoint, CRM or client databases.
• Able to remain calm and courteous when dealing with executives and clients.
• Ability to anticipate tasks, report confirmations and risks early.
• Willingness to attend networking events if required.
• Japanese language required for coordination with Japan HQ and clients.

Responsibilities
