Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking a Japanese-speaking HR Service Delivery Associate/Analyst to support HR operations and service delivery across the employee lifecycle. You will handle inquiries, process HR transactions, manage case updates, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

The role requires JLPT N2+ Japanese proficiency, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and experience in HR operations or shared services.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Japanese at JLPT N2 level or above.
• Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, Employee Services, People Operations, or related HR service delivery function.
• Experience processing HR transactions and lifecycle cases.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalate risks appropriately in a service delivery environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound inquiries and process HR transactions in enterprise HR and case management systems, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Process HR cases across employee lifecycle activities, including exits, leaves, payroll, and compliance-related cases.
• Gather data with employees and stakeholders to complete HR processing accurately within service standards.
• Serve as a primary contact for processing needs, stakeholders inquiries, and SLAs.
• Provide regular reporting on work status, risks, and service delivery, and escalate as required.
• Prepare and deliver weekly workload updates to management on trends and risks.
• Schedule meetings to resolve processing issues and align on next steps.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain process documentation.
